HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Processing time: 48 hours to process your order. International shipping takes 7-21 business days.
However, depending on your location, customs, and availability your item can take anywhere between 1-5 weeks. Please refer to our Shipping Details page for more information.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM(S). WHAT CAN I DO?

WILL I BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL IMPORT DUTIES?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. If you are unsure and would like to discuss this with us then please contact us for more information.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking is quick and easy. You will have received tracking number along with the confirmation of your delivery. Simply copy the 'tracking number' into the Order Tracking page for a delivery update.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT IS INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will then provide you with a prepaid shipping label and returns authorization form to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
If this happens we will inform you immediately. Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered is in high demand and suddenly became out of stock. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 - 48 hours and your card will be refunded. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you. Only the unavailable item(s) will be removed from your order.
I WANT A REFUND - CAN I GET IT ?
With the intimate conviction that a happy customer is a customer who doesn't wait, we ship everything in 24 hours.
It is, therefore, not possible to obtain a refund more than 24 hours after the placement of your order.
You will receive a full refund for the following issues:
- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- The package has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
- The order went missing.
- 3 Days Warranty from the date parcel is received for damaged/faulty items for possible replacement (video or photo needed) contact made after the said period is deemed invalid.
If you made a mistake choosing the color/size of your clothes - the shipping fees back to our warehouse in Sydney - Australia, would be at your charge.
